The first MSC containers were exported from Vietnam in 2002 and at that time, MSC was represented by a third-party agent. In 2005, MSC established our own office in the country and over the years, we have grown our local presence. We now have a total of over 160 employees in three offices in major economic hubs across Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hai Phong and Da Nang.

MSC E-Portal for Import
MSC will release Electronic Delivery Order (EDO) via MSC E-Portal https://e-portal.msca.com.vn/ for Import shipments to all ports/ICDs.
EDO will be used for both container release and empty returned.
Consignee will need to register and access E-Portal to get debit note, request invoice, arrange payment and obtain EDO.
