MSC UK Announces New & Enhanced Partnership With Ipswich Town Football Club

Mediterranean Shipping Company UK (MSC UK) and Ipswich Town Football Club (ITFC) are delighted to confirm an enhanced and extended three-year partnership.

From the 2025/26 season, MSC UK will become the back-of-shirt sponsor across the men’s, women’s and academy teams, while also expanding its existing training and bench wear sponsorship to include the women’s team.

Since 2022, MSC UK has proudly sponsored the men’s training and bench wear and supported the ITFC Girls’ Academy Elite Training Centre. This strengthened agreement extends the partnership through to June 2028, underlining both parties’ commitment to long-term collaboration.

Dan Everitt, Managing Director at MSC UK, commented:

“We’ve already been on an incredible journey together, from League One to the Premier League, and now we’re reaffirming that commitment by extending and enhancing our partnership through to 2028. We’re proud to be supporting the hugely talented Women’s team and taking on the back-of-shirt sponsorship across all squads.

Our relationship with ITFC has always been built on the intention of longevity. It’s a club that is aligned to our values and shares the same passion for our community.”

MSC UK is one of Suffolk’s largest employers, with more than 750 staff based at its Ipswich head office. As the UK’s largest container shipping line, MSC holds a leading position nationally and internationally in cargo shipping and logistics.

 This renewed agreement further deepens MSC UK’s strong ties to the local community, a place the company has proudly called home since opening its flagship office, Medite House, in 1996.
