MSC Enhances Its Asia to Med Services

We are delighted to announce significant enhancements to our Med services.

This follows MSC’s commitment to provide clients with the most competitive transit times and an extensive range of direct port pair connectivity.

  • On our DRAGON service, we will add direct port calls in Malaga and Naples. This will provide better market access into South Spain and South Italy.
  • The fastest transit times will be delivered into Genoa and La Spezia. (Shanghai to Genoa 7 days faster transit time)

Our first sailing will be voyage FD 621W with ETA Ningbo on 18 May 2026.

The new rotation for our Dragon service will be as follows:

Ningbo – Shanghai – Yantian – Singapore – Malaga – Genoa – La Spezia – Naples – Sines – Boston – New York – Baltimore – Norfolk – Savannah – Freeport – Ningbo

Furthermore, we are also enhancing our Tiger service with the following operational adjustments:

  • Tekirdag becomes the first port of call, cutting transit times by up to 10 days, unlocking seamless access to the Black Sea and Türkiye.
  • Asia–Istanbul and Yarimca transit times drop by 4 days, making this one of the fastest services in the market.
  • Aliaga also joins the service, delivering a full week reduction in transit time.

Our first sailing will be voyage GT 620W, with ETA Dalian on 15 May 2026.

The new rotation for our Tiger service will be as follows:

Dalian – Xingang – Busan – Ningbo – Shanghai – Shekou – Singapore – Tekirdag – Yarimca – Istanbul – Tekirdag – Aliaga – Mersin – Abidjan – Lome – Hong Kong – Xiamen – Dalian
