MSC will once again take part in Breakbulk Americas 2026, a key industry event for the project cargo and breakbulk community in the region.
Handling complex and oversized cargo requires more than specialized equipment. It demands careful planning, seamless coordination, and deep operational expertise. MSC’s Breakbulk and Project Cargo teams support the transportation of high-value and oversized shipments through tailored logistics solutions, leveraging a global network, dedicated specialists, and extensive project execution experience. At this year’s event, MSC will be pleased to showcase its project cargo expertise through several successfully executed projects delivered over the past year. Highlights include the transportation of nine railcars from Belgium to Alexandria, Egypt, as part of a long-term program involving 495 units between 2025 and 2028 to support the expansion of Cairo’s metro network. Another notable achievement was the successful shipment of 6,000 CBM of chillers and compressors from Houston to Port Qasim, efficiently executed within a single sailing, demonstrating MSC’s ability to deliver complex, large-scale logistics solutions with reliability and efficiency.
