MSC to Engage with Leaders at Africa CEO Forum 2026

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company will take part in the Africa CEO Forum 2026, taking place on 14–15 May in Kigali, Rwanda. The forum is expected to bring together more than 2,500 business leaders, investors and government representatives from across the continent and beyond, under the theme ‘Scale or Fail: Why Africa Must Embrace Shared Ownership.’

Recognised as one of the continent’s leading platforms for dialogue on trade, investment and economic transformation, the Africa CEO Forum brings together decision-makers to advance practical cooperation between the public and private sectors. MSC is pleased to continue its participation in 2026.
MSC’s delegation will be led by Nicolas Sartini, Senior Vice President, Business Development. On 14 May, he will join five other speakers for an Executive Dialogue titled Open for Business — or Open Season? Africa, Asian Overcapacity and the Reconfiguration of Global Trade. The discussion will examine how African economies can remain competitive as global trade flows evolve, and the role trade infrastructure can play in positioning Africa as a strategic manufacturing and logistics hub.

Engagement in Africa’s trade and logistics landscape remains a long-term priority for MSC. The Group will attend the Africa CEO Forum for the ninth consecutive year and will again participate as a major sponsor, underlining its commitment to supporting Africa’s evolving trade and investment agenda.

With a presence in more than 45 African countries, 80 weekly ocean services calling at 65 ports, and strategic investments in terminal infrastructure in Togo, Côte d’Ivoire, the DRC, Nigeria, Morocco and Namibia, MSC continues to invest in resilient and efficient supply chains across the continent.
