MSC thinks bigger and goes “Antwerp XL”

18/04/2019

MSC’s project cargo and RoRo (Roll-on Roll-off) specialists are discussing the latest industry innovations at the Antwerp XL fair on 7-9 May at Antwerp Expo, Belgium.

Our experts bring our customers first class project cargo management, no matter whether it’s heavy-lift out-of-gauge and breakbulk cargo, or rolling/wheeled cargo.

Handling and transporting these types of cargoes requires not only expertise, but also flexibility and creativity. The MSC worldwide team looks after every unique piece with care and dedication.

At the Antwerp XL fair, MSC’s team of specialists are available to discuss how our customers can benefit from our customer-centric approach, modern equipment and decades of global experience in finding the best transport solutions for large and heavy cargo.

Our extensive inventory of specialist equipment gives us the capability to transport large, heavy and irregular-sized cargo.

MSC has one of the world’s youngest fleets, including state-of-the-art Ro-Ro vessels built in 2015, featuring a ramp capacity of 350 MT and deck heights up to 7 metres.

In addition to MSC’s dedicated Ro-Ro services, we offer weekly combined Container – General Cargo services. Meanwhile, the MSC PSA European Terminal (MPET) at the Port of Antwerp has invested in a heavy hook allowing the handling of cargo weighing up to 125MT.
