Price Announcement - Port Congestion Surcharge - Trade from Northern Europe (inc. NWC & SCANBALTIC) to Far East

Due to congestion in Northern Europe, which creates difficult operating conditions and increases costs, MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company will apply a Congestion Surcharge (CGS) for all cargo from Northern Europe (including NWC and SCANBALTIC) to the Far East.
As from 01 June 2025 (commercial sailing date) until further notice, the CGS will be charged at USD 100/20’ and USD 100/40’ and USD 200/Reefer containers.
