MSC Tanzania Recognized for Customer Service Excellence with East Africa Award

MSC Tanzania has been recognized for its leading customer service at the East Africa Cargo Connect Summit 2025. The local office won the ‘Customer Service Excellence in Shipping’ award for the first time at a ceremony held in Dar es Salaam on 27 March.
The East Africa Cargo Connect Summit is a flagship regional event that brings together key stakeholders in the cargo and logistics sector. The awards honoured outstanding service for 2024 and were voted on by shippers, freight forwarders, inland container depots, container freight stations, regulatory authorities and other industry partners across the region.


We are deeply honoured to have received this important industry-wide recognition for our customer service. This award not only underlines the positive feedback we receive in customer surveys but also reflects our avowed strength in this field, rewarding the expertise and versatility of our staff in ensuring our clients are always satisfied.
