MSC’s Modern Slavery Transparency Statements describe current practices and processes

that MSC takes to mitigate risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in its business activities and its supply chain as part of its broader Human Rights Due Diligence Process.


The Modern Slavery Transparency Statements address Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, while also taking into account relevant considerations as contained in the Australian ‘Commonwealth Modern Slavery Act 2018 - Guidance for Reporting Entities’ and related recent developments in national legislations on this matter.
