MSC is proud to announce the return of the MSC Sailing Cup, with its second edition set to take place on 10-11 September at the Real Club Náutico de Valencia.
Following a highly successful debut in 2025 the regatta is back to bring key players from the maritime, logistics and shipping sectors together in a unique setting.

Building on a successful first edition

The inaugural MSC Sailing Cup marked the beginning of a new initiative designed to strengthen relationships across the industry through a shared experience at sea. Hosted in Valencia last September 2025, the event brought together MSC’s sailing teams and leading partner companies for two days of racing, collaboration and networking.
This second edition builds on that momentum, welcoming a total of 12 companies to the water, including teams from MSC Spain, MSC Sweden and MSC Geneva teams, alongside a broader group of customers and partners.

Competition and connection at sea

Competing aboard sixteen J80 sailing boats, the teams will take part in a regatta that blends technical skill, teamwork and sporting spirit. Beyond the competition itself, the MSC Sailing Cup offers a valuable opportunity for participants to connect in a more informal environment, strengthening partnerships through shared challenges and experiences.
Set against the Mediterranean backdrop of Valencia’s coastline, the event is designed not only as a sporting competition but also as a platform for collaboration and engagement across the sector. Sailing lies at the heart of MSC’s identity, reflecting the company’s long-standing maritime heritage and its core values of precision, resilience and teamwork as well as MSC’s ongoing commitment to protecting the marine environment and operating responsibly.

An experience beyond the race

In addition to the regatta, participants and guests will take part in a programme of social and networking activities, designed to foster meaningful connections in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. From the preparation onshore to the excitement of racing at sea, the MSC Sailing Cup aims to deliver an experience that goes far beyond competition, creating lasting memories and reinforcing long-term partnerships.

Follow the action

MSC invites participants, partners and stakeholders to follow the MSC Sailing Cup across its social media channels (Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin), where highlights, updates and behind-the-scenes content will be shared throughout the event!
