PRICE ANNOUNCEMENT - PORT COST RECOVERY SURCHARGE – BANGLADESH

Dear Customers,

Following the recent tariff revision announced by the Chittagong Port Authority and effective as of 15 October 2025, MSC will implement a new Port Cost Recovery (PCR) surcharge.

The PCR will be applicable as per the below rates:

• As from 16 October 2025 and until further notice, for all shipments to/from Bangladesh from/to all destinations except USA & Far East; 
• As from 10 November 2025 and until further notice, for all for shipments to/from USA from/to Bangladesh.

Any other elements of the price, as indicated in the last EU Price Announcements for the relevant trades published on msc.com, still apply and remain unchanged.
