A quick overview
We continuously strive to broaden the knowledge and experience of our apprentices. You will be involved straight into our working processes, right from the beginning. This means to learn with and from your colleagues, for instance attending internal workshops held by your colleagues. You will be given a better insight on subjects you may not deal with on a day-to-day basis or on topics that will help you understand certain structures.
Furthermore, you will have the chance to gain knowledge and experience in various departments, even in our different German offices. This will allow you to get an understanding of the daily work from different perspectives.
Help and Support
We are taking our duties as teachers/educators very seriously.
Therefore, we have designated some people who are in charge of our apprentices “die Ausbilder”, helping them with questions and/ or problems. Furthermore, each of our new apprentices gets a “mentor” who shares experiences / knowledge and is there for help, if needed.
In addition, you can always approach the other apprentices, if you have any questions/problems or if you you’re not comfortable to talk to your mentor or to an “Ausbilder”. You can do that in private or at the “Azubimeeting”.
At the “Azubimeeting”, apprentices get the chance raise issues, talk about/plan upcoming events together with the “Ausbilder”.
As important as learning and growing is, it cannot be accomplished without communication. In our business, we communicate not only with our clients but also with our colleagues to create a strong bond within the company. MSC is offering several opportunities such as a male and female soccer team or regular events like a company bowling tournament.
