Recently we announced the exclusive format of our MSC Maple service – first introduced in September.
The revised rotation commences October 28th and adds Port Metro Vancouver. It brings the number of weekly vessel calls in Canada to a total of nine.
This is just one of the many service revisions and enhancements which we are continually looking at, in order to provide the trade with a reliable service from Canada and throughout the rest of the world.
We also continued to show our commitment heavily in the last 12 months through infrastructure, not least by investing in a greenfield terminal project.
One year on, and the first phase of Viau terminal is on track to be completed and fully operational by November 2016. The additional space on pier at the Port of Montreal will allow for more vessel calls per week, meaning more capacity and more connections for our clients.
Our commitment also spans our service delivery, boosted even further this year with the creation of an export reefer team. Our reefer specialists are a welcome addition to our dedicated and expert teams, operating from Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, and Saint John offices.
