MSC Voted Carrier of the Year by WestRock

MSC is delighted to be named 'Carrier of the Year' by leading global provider of paper and packaging products WestRock. 

As part of the judging panel, WestRock Logistics Operations, WestRock Logistics Sourcing, and Freight Forwarder Operations were all asked to answer a number of questions in the areas of operations, value, reliability and relationship, assigning solid results to MSC across the board. The review period went from July 2019 to August 2020 and saw eight carriers being evaluated in total. 

“We are very proud of this achievement. It’s a validation of our efforts and it speaks volumes about the great partnership we have created with WestRock over the years. It also underscores the excellent teamwork between MSC’s departments, working together to deliver superior service and continue being instrumental in our customers’ success,” commented Giancarlo Morgera, Executive Vice President of Commercial, MSC USA.
