Of the 5 instruments we 'auditioned', only the Rigaku had the element detection capabilities we needed. Our machine paid for itself in the first 2 years. Training and operation are simple and easily demonstra­ted. We frequently work with complex 'unknown' samples—the EZ scan feature has been invalu­able for us. The versa­tility for accomoda­ting odd-shaped samples is outstanding.
