Welcome to the Rigaku Life Sciences Webinar Series. This free webinar series is designed to provide educational and training materials in X-ray crystallography methods. This webinar will cover Single wavelength Anomalous Diffraction enhanced by chromium radiation (CrSAD). In the first part, Dr. Ferrara will review the reasons for using CrSAD for de novo and phased molecular replacement structure solution, provide some examples and discuss the method. In the second half, Prof. Rose will work through some practical examples. Registrants will receive download information for sample data to review before the webinar. Prof. Rose will work through the sample cases as a part of the webinar. |
