3 kW sealed tube generator

Used for applications ranging from powder to small molecule, the Rigaku 3kW sealed tube generator is known for its high stability and trouble-free operation. For day-to-day operation, this generator can be operated with X-ray tubes with a range of metal targets and comes equipped with problem-indicator lights, high-frequency inverter, an adjustable maximum load capability (so the generator does not overpower the X-ray tube), a computer control interface and a reputation for years of trouble-free operation.

When equipped with the new Rigaku Osmic SHINE optic in place of a graphite monochromator, equivalent data quality can be collected in a fraction of the time.
