CrystalClear™
CrystalClear 2.0 now available
This version is available to all CrystalClear users that have a current CrystalClear software support contract, are under warranty, or have purchased a CC 2.0 upgrade.
Before you download the software, you will need the following information:
- The username and password sent (via e-mail) to your organization's contact person.
- The serial number from one of your dongles.
- The name and e-mail address of your organization's contact person.
If you have all of the information listed above, you can download version 2.0 from the Web site.
If you have not received the username and password information, you can request the download information. Once we receive your request, we will send the information via e-mail to the contact person listed in the request.
If you have an existing CrystalClear license but are out of warranty and not on a service contract, you can purchase the CrystalClear 2.0 upgrade via the request the download information form.

How to obtain CrystalClear 2.0
An e-mail notification of the release has been sent out to the contact person for each organization. Contained in the notification is information on how to download the release from the Web site. If you did not receive e-mail notification of the release, or have misplaced the information, you can request the download information be resent.
E-mail Notification and Generator Control
The RMailer server used to support the email features of CrystalClear and the JXG generator control server used to control the X-ray generator from within CrystalClear are included in a Utilities installation. If you want to use these features of CrystalClear, you must download and install the Utilities package. This will be available on the download page.
