Fiber optic bonding services
A key technology available as a service from Rigaku is the
bonding of fiber optic (FO) windows and tapers to image sensors. Most Rigaku
CCD cameras employ some sort of FO, and over the course of many years, our group has
gained experience with thousands of systems deployed using our bonding
techniques into a wide variety of applications and operational temperature
ranges.
Bonding capabilities

- Operational temperatures between -70°C and +50°C

These highly specialized skills are available as a service to customers who prefer to build the rest of their own systems, but who nevertheless need the reliability that comes with Rigaku's vast experience. A wide range of image sensors and FO's can be accommodated, including large area devices.
