Custom Rigaku stages
Used to both position a sample, detector, or some other component, stages are important accessories for X-ray diffraction systems. A selection of Rigaku stages for X-ray diffraction (XRD) and small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) include:
- 2θ stage for imaging plate (IP) detectors
- Kinematic tilt stage for SAXS
