Custom Rigaku stages: 2θ stage
This accessory for R-AXIS imaging plate detectors uses a non-contact encoder for measuring 2θ angles, and features a digital readout with an accuracy of 0.05°. The stage is easy to zero or reference and allows a 41° range of 2θ movement. It contains a micrometer translator for moving phi during the alignment process and has adjustments allowing phi to be aligned perpendicular to the X-ray beam.
